When I'm Not Working...
You'll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my dogs, wandering through a local greenhouse or garden centre, hunting for hidden treasures at garage sales, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Nature is where I recharge and find inspiration.
What Matters Most To Me
Kindness, curiosity, authenticity, and community. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and valued. Those same values shape how I lead, build relationships, and support every client I work with.
Something People Are Often Surprised to Learn
My career has taken me through health care, human resources, social work, communications, leadership, emergency response, fundraising, and community development. While the roles have changed, my purpose has always stayed the same: helping people navigate complexity and create meaningful change.
